All orders are printed, packed, and shipped from US facilities. We ship within the United States only.

Printed or embroidered to order — production takes 1–3 business days before your order ships.
Rates & times
Standard US shipping (5–8 business days). Rates are calculated at checkout. All orders above $65 ship for free in the US.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your label is created.
Lost or damaged
Email connect@thenorepsociety.com within 14 days of delivery with your issue and additional attachments (photos, receipts, etc.) and we will find a tailor-made solution. We offer a Money-Back Guarantee of 14-days after you've received your order. Please include your order details. Read more below.

Every item is printed or embroidered to order. In terms of refunds & returns, we find tailor-made solutions to every case. If your order arrives defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or the sizing is off: email connect@thenorepsociety.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number (#NRS-) and a photo that highlights the issue. Without a photo or additional attachments, we can't guarantee refunds or any other solutions. Refunds hit your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What we collect
Name, email, shipping address, and order history when you order or subscribe. Payment is handled by Shopify — we never store full card numbers.
Cookies & tracking
